At TRĒ House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in the original mailer.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
